These normal variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.

3. Cut-to-Order Products

Many of our leather, faux leather, upholstery, and fabric products are cut specifically according to the quantity ordered by the customer.

Once a material has been cut, prepared, or otherwise customized for an order, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund except where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Customers are responsible for confirming measurements, quantity, color, and product suitability before completing an order.

We recommend ordering a sample first when exact color, texture, thickness, or finish is important to a project.

4. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or decline an order in situations including:
